Optimum nutrition is the cornerstone of health and vitality. Health is more than the absence of illness; it's the abundance of energy, mental clarity, emotional balance and a desire to maintain physical fitness.


Nutritional therapy is grounded in the holistic principle that the body has an innate ability to heal and regenerate given appropriate nutrition, mental state and environment; building a health reserve and generating resistance to stress and disease.


Everyone can benefit from nutritional therapy. We are each unique and biochemically individual requiring different nutrients to achieve our health and fitness potential.


Prior to your first consultation, you will be sent a questionnaire to complete, which reveals information about your current health status, diet and lifestyle. During the initial consultation we focus on your personal health and fitness goals and together discuss and agree a realistic and practical nutritional programme designed to suit your tastes and lifestyle.


Follow-up consultations are usually necessary to help achieve your goals in manageable stages and to alter your programme as your health and fitness improve. Telephone and email support is also available. Nutritional supplements and biochemical tests may be recommended as necessary.


The role of the mind is fundamental in creating and maintaining health. Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) employs powerful techniques that support positive change and provides a map of how to achieve success and attain goals. NLP can be used with all clients.
